The Dead of Night Film Festival is coming to Southport on the 20th & 21st October 2017, and is a fantastic new addition to the ever growing international horror film festival circuit.
The objective of the festival is to bring new independent horror (any sub genre) trailers, short and feature length films to the horror-loving public of the seaside town of Southport, England.
The Dead Of Night Film Festival is brought to you by Two-Headed Snake Entertainment, the creative team behind the award winning festive horror movie ‘Good Tidings’. So rest assured this festival is made for horror fans by horror fans.
The team are looking to give audiences the same experience they get when watching their favourite larger budget movies on the big screen, an experience they think that every movie should have!
They know how hard it can be for independent filmmakers to get theatrical releases for their movies and want to help get them the audiences they deserve. It’s such an important part of independent cinema and the best way to get their movies seen around the globe.
And the line up so far is pretty spectacular, featuring films such as Borley Rectory, Dead Shack, Cannibals and Carpet Fitters, Night of Something Strange, plus a bundle of short films, director/cast Q&A’s, special guests and a whole lot more horrific fun.
Check out the festival trailer below, and keep an eye on their Facebook page for news about tickets. Hope to see you there!
