Women In Horror Month Is Here!

February is about to start, which brings us to the fabulous celebration of women in horror.

Women In Horror Month will bring us a cavalcade of brilliant events highlighting the incredible work that our sisters in scares produce, but to kick you off, here’s a cracker from the lovely folk at United In Blood:

Women In Horror Month

This showcase that takes place on Friday, 10th February at The Macbeth Of Hoxton, is the first of 2 events, which begins with it a series of shorts from some of the most dedicated female directors in the industry today including:

Used – Destinie Orndoff
Halloween – Monica Demes
Beauty N’ Blood – Tapanga Mccabe
Nasty – Prano Bailey Bond
Mauvaises Têtes – Rebekah Fieschi

This will then be followed by a special WiHM panel moderated by Wendy Rose, discussing the importance of Women in the film industry.

Lastly, they’ll be screening the 2017 version of the Soska Sisters’ Massive Blood Drive Public Service Announcement.
