Our Father (2022)

After a woman’s at-home DNA test reveals multiple half-siblings, she discovers a shocking scheme involving donor sperm and a popular fertility doctor.

The Stylist (2020)

Shudder, from Monday 9th May. Dir: Jill Gevargizian. Starring: Najarra Townsend, Jennifer Seward, Lindsay Solomon.

A lonely hair stylist becomes obsessed with the lives of her clients and descends into murderous madness.

A Ghost Waits (2020)

Shudder, from Monday 9th May. Dir: Adam Stovall. Starring: MacLeod Andrews, Natalie Walker, Sydney Vollmer.

A man’s job requires him to clean a house, which turns out to be haunted. In the course of trying to exorcise the ghost, he falls in love with her.

Night Fare (2015)

Shudder, from Monday 9th May. Dir: Julien Seri. Starring: Jonathan Howard, Jonathan Demurger, Fanny Valette.

A night of reunion in Paris goes horribly wrong for two friends when they recklessly decide to mess with the wrong taxi driver, finding themselves on the wrong side of a punishing manhunt.

Cheap Thrills (2013)

Shudder, from Monday 9th May. Dir: E.L. Katz. Starring: Pat Healy, Ethan Embry, Sara Paxton

A series of escalating bets sees recently reunited friends Craig and Vince go head-to-head, with challenges that go further than either of them expected.

We’re All Going to the World’s Fair

In selected cinemas from Friday 29th April. Dir: Jane Schoenbrun. Starring: Anna Cobb, Michael Rogers.

Late on a cold night somewhere in the US, teenage Casey sits alone in her attic bedroom, scrolling the internet under the glow-in-the-dark stars and black-light posters that blanket the ceiling. She has finally decided to take the World’s Fair Challenge, an online role-playing horror game, and embrace the uncertainty it promises. After the initiation, she documents the changes that may or may not be happening to her, adding her experiences to the shuffle of online clips available for the world to see. As she begins to lose herself between dream and reality, a mysterious figure reaches out, claiming to see something special in her uploads.

Doctor Sleep (2019)

Years following the events of The Shining (1980), a now-adult Dan Torrance must protect a young girl with similar powers from a cult known as The True Knot, who prey on children with powers to remain immortal.

The Twin (2022)

Shudder, from Friday 6th May. Dir: Taneli Mustonen. Starring: Teresa Palmer, Stephen Cree, Barbara Marten.

Following the aftermath of a tragic accident that claimed the life of one of their twin sons, Rachel and husband Anthony relocate to the other side of the world with their surviving child in the hopes of building a new life. What begins as a time of healing in the quiet Scandinavian countryside soon takes an ominous turn when Rachel begins to unravel the torturous truth about her son and confronts the malicious forces attempting to take a hold of him.
